I stopped making New Year Resolution a few years ago, ever since I realise no matter how hard I work, I am only a passenger sitting in a car driven by others.

This year is different. I quit my full time job and start a new career on my own.
I'm the captain of the ship now. Now I decide where I want to steer the ship, where my destination is and how fast I want to reach my destination.

It is exciting but it requires a lot of discipline. That is why I needed a New Year Resolution to remind me to be discipline ....
